Send Silence Packing is a traveling immersive exhibit that aims to end the silence around mental health and suicide by sharing real stories and connecting visitors with resources for support and action.
Presented in partnership with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at UNL and the Community Health Endowment of Lincoln, the exhibit will be open to the public from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on October 13, 2026, at Centennial Mall Park, near Andersen Hall (200 Centennial Mall N, Lincoln, NE 68508).
Send Silence Packing is a guided advocacy experience where participants learn how to take action to support themselves, their peers and their community to end the silence around mental health and suicide. Visitors will be connected with resources for individual support and action.
