The Community Health Endowment (CHE) is located at 250 North 21st Street, Suite 2, along the beautifully redeveloped Antelope Valley.
The Lori Vrtiska Seibel Community Room is available at no charge to local nonprofit organizations for business-related purposes, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (including set-up and tear-down time). Arrival before 8:30am is not permitted.
Please reserve the room only for the time you need, including setup and cleanup. CHE has a small staff, and we adjust our schedules to make the room available for each reservation. Accurate times help us plan and keep the room available for others.

CAPACITY
Currently, classroom style seating is available for 20 individuals (10 tables, two chairs at each table). Lecture style seating fits approximately 30-40 individuals.
PARKING
Parking is available in the lot on the north side of 21st and Q street. Please instruct your participants to park in this lot, or in the metered street parking. The front parking stalls are reserved for The Hub Cafe customers.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Any changes to a previously approved reservation require a new form to be submitted. Please add in the comments on the form that you are changing an existing reservation. Changes are subject to the approval of CHE. We understand some things are out of your control. If at all possible, please submit changes no later than one week ahead of time.
Private parties, political events or campaigning, religious services, fundraising, and sales solicitations are not permitted in the space, and CHE’s approval of a reservation in no way constitutes an endorsement or promotion of the individual, entity, or organization making such reservation.
