The 2026 City Health Scorecard offers insight into health conditions and trends across Lincoln. It brings together a consistent set of measures that can help community members, nonprofit partners, funders, policymakers, and health organizations better understand where Lincoln is making progress and where focused action may have the greatest impact.
The measures were developed in partnership with City Health Dashboard and draw from national data sources, including the American Community Survey, National Center for Health Statistics, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s PLACES project. The selected measures reflect priorities identified through Lincoln’s Community Health Improvement Plan, Place Matters, the 2026 strategic planning process, and CHE’s current funding priorities.
